NOTE: This schedule is subject to change following recruitment in late September as we may have new dens.
SET-UP:
Please have your scouts arrive at 5:45 to set the chairs up in the
multipurpose room.
FLAG:
Please have your Scouts arrive at 6:00 and be prepared with the normal
flag ceremony or be creative and use a more formal one.
SNACK TABLE:
Items may be sold outside the MPR after the meeting for .25 cents each.
Have your scout families bake or buy some yummy goodies and drinks to
sell and earn money for your den. Be sure to place a table outside the
MPR prior to the start of the meeting.
IMPORTANT: The snack table must be set up
outside the MPR. Your den will be responsible for cleaning up the snack area.
CLEAN-UP:
Although the room is usually straightened up by most of the parents and
scouts, please make sure to remind your den they are responsible for
putting away the chairs and tables. There is a "correct" way of
putting the chairs away, so please ask the Cubmaster if you are not
sure. Check carpet for paper and other "trash." Let's leave the room better
than we found it.
